UFF-USF Graduate Assistants Chapter Unveils New Web Site
You are now looking at the beginnings of the new Web site of the United Faculty of Florida Graduate Assistant's United Chapter at the University of South Florida. As part of a statewide branding and marketing effort by the UFF, new Web sites are coming online to reflect the local chapter's role as part of the statewide higher education local of the Florida Education Association and its various national affiliates: the National Edducation Associate, the American Federation of Teachers, and the AFL-CIO.
More features, uniformity of features, and greater utility are just some benefits of the new sites.
Bargaining Over: Contract Ratified
In June, the UFF-USF-GAU finished collective bargaining with the University for the next three-year agreement. The collective bargaining agreement (CBA) was ratified by the membership by a nearly unanimous vote and was subsequently ratified by the University's Board of Trustees.
